STEELHOUSE CARRIAGE HOUSE DOOR SPECIFICATION
Quality in a 2 inch thick, 23 gauge steel insulated door designed to have the appearance of an expensive wood carriage house door, without the cost or maintenance that is normally associated with this type of product.
Specifications:
Sections: Are 2 inches thick in 24 inch and 28 inch heights and are manufactured from heavy duty 23 gauge hot dipped galvanized steel. Sections are pre painted white and rotary embossed with wood grain texture. Tongue and groove meeting rails are roll formed into the panel, incorporating the RITS reinforced integral truss system. CFC free polystyrene insulation with a high impact vinyl backer is laminated to the interior face of the section. Vertical stile members are 19 gauge hot dipped galvanized Ibeams pre painted white to match the interior color of the door. Textured steel "C" channel, foam filled, facing boards 4" x.5625" are laminated to the face of the steel door with mechanical fasteners and an epoxy based cement. Bottom sections are reinforced with aluminum "L" reinforcement angle and bonded to the bottom of the sections for supporting a replaceable UV protected weather seal.
H 3 Hardware And Track: Heavy duty top and bottom fixtures, 14 gauge wide body hinges, 10 ball white nylon rollers, galvanized torsion tube, pre painted springs, self locking fasteners that include the back hang bolts, inside lock, dual lift handles, .051 vertical track and .060 horizontal track.
